Step 1: Schedule an Appointment
As a travel designer with a home office , I am independent of fixed opening hours. This allows me
(or one of my freelance colleagues should I be on tour)to meet & greet you as my guest personally
on your arrival at the airport in Windhoek, advise you whenever, wherever, and however it suits

Creating a perfect travel itinerary requires advance planning. Please contact me early enough to
make a booking, so that my preferred lodges and guest houses in various categories are still
available for you—especially during the peak season, to avoid unnecessary valuable time.
Step 2: Share Your Travel Wishes
During a personal consultation, I take the time to understand your ideas , wishes and expectations.
How does a perfect day on holiday look like for you? What is especially important to you? Do you
prefer to drive yourself, be on tour with a professional guide where you can lean back and relax or
a combination with a fly-in safari to also save some time as the distances are sometimes very long
It would help a lot in planning if you have an idea of your preferred travel dates, the number of
travellers, and your approximate budget. The more specific your wishes are, the more precisely I
can design a journey tailored to you.
Step 3: Consultation and Planning
Now I can I get started. I create a proposed route and check the availability of lodges, guests
houses, rental vehicles or a professional guide & vehicle. As your reliable planning partner, I
prepare a fair, non-binding offer. I do not only book the accommodation, I give you tips for the
whole route, assist with all kind of questions, give detailed information of the country, visa,
payment methods, travel insurance, a packing list, travel health essentials, activities,
recommendation of restaurants and much more.
Step 4: Ready for the take-off
Your tailor-made dream travel package is booked and now it’s time to enjoy the anticipation and
start packing your bags— the only thing you have to do yourself! I take care of everything else
